# PlayerLots

> PlayerLots (https://www.playerlots.com) is a free Checklist Binder for baseball card collectors plus a fixed-price marketplace to fill the gaps. The binder turns photos of your cards into a living set checklist: it shows exactly what you own and what's missing from each set, and sends an alert when a card you need is listed for sale. The marketplace side sells lots of 3, 4, or 5 cards of a single player at fixed price tiers from $5 to $100 - no auctions, no negotiations, no break/randomizer mechanics, every listing photographed. Currently in beta with MLB (baseball) only.

## Key facts

- Checklist Binder: free, always - photo-to-checklist cataloging, per-set owned/missing tracking (including parallels), and watch alerts when missing cards appear in lots. Public set checklist pages live at /cards/sets/{slug}.
- Memberships: an optional paid Collector membership for power collectors (details at https://www.playerlots.com/memberships); the demand-side binder features above stay free.
- Pricing: fixed tiers $5-$100 in $5 increments; the listed price is the price paid. No buyer premiums.
- Seller fees: flat platform commission (no listing fees; payment processing is included in the platform fee, never charged separately). Current rates are published at https://www.playerlots.com/pricing
- Shipping: lots $20 and over ship in a tracked bubble mailer (BMWT) via USPS Ground Advantage, $4-$6 by distance. Lots under $20 ship plain white envelope (PWE) for $2 flat.
- Seller timelines: tracking recorded within 72 hours of payment (a tracked label generated, or the plain-white-envelope lot marked shipped); seller payouts release via Stripe after a short hold once tracking is recorded - delivery confirmation is not required.
- Returns: accepted for objective issues only (wrong items, listing mismatch, transit damage).
- Trust: exact-card photos required on every listing, on-platform messaging, post-delivery seller ratings, payments via Stripe.
