Returns cover objective problems.
PlayerLots protects buyers from objective problems - not from a change of mind. Here is exactly when a return is accepted, when it is not, and how it gets handled.
These are plain-language summaries. The Terms & Conditions are authoritative.
When a return is - and isn't - accepted.
Returns exist to make objective problems right. They are drawn deliberately narrow.
Accepted for objective issues
- The wrong lot was shipped
- The lot does not match the listing
- Cards were damaged during transit
Not accepted for
- Changing your mind after claiming
- Subjective dissatisfaction or preference
- A card grading differently than you hoped
The platform is the referee.
If a lot arrives with an objective problem, the platform reviews the dispute and may request supporting information from both the buyer and the seller. The process is intentionally short and dispute decisions are final.
Anything not spelled out here - including refund mechanics and edge cases - is governed by the Terms & Conditions.
Before a lot ships: cancellations
A claim reserves a lot while you complete payment. If payment is not completed within the hold window, the claim expires and the lot returns to availability - no charge, nothing to return.
