Two envelopes, three zones, zero surprises. Every lot ships on a standardized path from a seller's desk to a buyer's mailbox.
Two methods, matched to the lot.
Lots under $20 ship PWE for $2 flat (no tracking). Lots $20+ ship BMWT with USPS tracking; the buyer pays the actual shipping cost at checkout (rounded up to the nearest 50¢) and a flat $1 seller contribution is deducted from payout.
Plain White Envelope - $2 flat
Lots priced under $20 ship in a plain white envelope with a top loader. Buyer pays $2 flat - no distance tiers, no seller deduction, no tracking required.
BMWT Zones (Lots $20+)
The buyer pays the actual USPS Ground Advantage cost at checkout, rounded up to the nearest 50¢ - it varies by distance/ZIP. The seller contributes a flat $1 on every zone.
Bubble Mailer with Tracking
Lots $20+ ship via USPS Ground Advantage in a padded bubble mailer. Cards are placed in top loaders for rigid protection.

USPS Ground Advantage rounds up to the nearest 4 oz for packages under 1 lb. All lot sizes (3-5 cards) fall under that threshold, so every lot is billed at the same 4 oz rate regardless of card count.
Who Pays What
For BMWT lots ($20+), shipping costs split between buyer and seller. PWE lots: buyer pays $2, no seller deduction.
Seller never pays out of pocket for shipping. The contribution is deducted from the sale proceeds.
Short, predictable timers. A narrow window for claims.
Sellers get a firm ship-by deadline. Buyers get a reasonable delivery window. Payouts release once valid tracking is uploaded and the package is marked delivered. When something goes wrong in transit, document the damage with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

Sellers must drop the package within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
24hours
Tracking numbers are uploaded within 24 hours of drop-off and auto-verified against the carrier.
2-5business days
USPS Ground Advantage moves most BMWT lots in two to five business days. PWE runs a touch slower and untracked.
